Dear Authors,

To ensure better preparation for presenting your papers, please take note of the following guidelines:

For Oral Presentations:

_ All reviewers' comments and the similarity report (if similarity exceeds 30%) can be viewed and downloaded from the "My Papers" page.

_ Presentation slides must be in English, but the oral presentation can be delivered in Persian.

_ The paper template can be downloaded from this link.

_ To upload presentation files, the full conference fee must be paid, and your account balance must be zero.

_ Each paper has been allocated 15 minutes for presentation.

_ Authors can choose to publish their paper in either JICSE Journal or the Conference Proceedings by visiting the "Services" page. If                 the  journal publication option is selected, only the abstract will be included in the conference proceedings (electronic booklet). Only            one option can be selected. If both options are chosen, the final decision will be made by the conference secretariat.

_ The final deadline for file submission has been extended to Friday, February 15.

_ Required files must be uploaded in the "My Papers" section after payment confirmation.

Required files for upload:
— PowerPoint presentation file
— Final paper (both Word and PDF)
— One-page abstract (both Word and PDF)

For Poster Presentations:

_ Posters must be in English.

_ The poster template can be downloaded from this link.

_ To upload presentation files, the full conference fee must be paid.

_ A representative of the authors must be present at the poster exhibition area during break times to defend the poster and answer         reviewers' questions.

_ The final deadline for file submission has been extended to Friday, February 15.

_ Printing of posters is NOT required, as the conference team will handle it.

_ A fee of 200,000 Tomans has been included in the "Services" page for poster printing.

_ Required files must be uploaded in the "My Papers" section after payment confirmation.

_ Required files for upload:
— PowerPoint poster file
— Final paper (both Word and PDF)
— One-page abstract (both Word and PDF)
