چکیده :
Threonine is one of the essential amino acids in living organisms, playing a key role in the structure of proteins [1]. This amino acid also plays an important role in various metabolic processes in the body and is essential for the health and proper functioning of the organism [2]. In the past decade, with the remarkable advancements in bioinformatics and artificial intelligence, along with the increasing volume of biological data, the need for artificial intelligence in the field of biotechnology has become more evident [3]. Today, AI helps improve the quality of threonine production using biological data. Moreover, with artificial intelligence algorithms, analysis can be performed on large datasets to select candidates based on desired features, which can then be examined in a laboratory environment. In this project, we aim to select the best enzyme sequence using mathematical algorithms and artificial intelligence models, and subsequently, use the AlphaFold software to design their three-dimensional structures. These sequences will later be tested in laboratories.
