•Articles must be prepared and formatted according to the guidelines provided on the conference website. Articles that do not adhere to these templates will not be sent for review.

•If at any stage it is proven that there has been fraud or research misconduct related to an article, the article will be removed from the conference program and proceedings, and the consequences will be borne by the authors.

•The fee for each additional page for English articles (up to a maximum of 2 extra pages; more than two extra pages will not be accepted) is 3,000,000 IRR per page.

•The article must represent new work and should not have been previously published in any other conference or journal.

•Article submission is only possible through the submission system on the conference website.
